Plaza Volunteer Rescue Squad

Plaza Volunteer Rescue Squad is one of ten Volunteer Rescue Squads in Virginia Beach. These 10 squads answer the 50,000+ 911 calls for Emergency Medical Services for the City of Virginia Beach. They are the largest volunteer agency in the United States. Founded in the 1960's, Plaza has since relied on donations from the local community to continue to operate for service. The squad came to us to develop a website from the ground up that would not only build their online presence but also allow them to accept donations online in various forms of payment. The site lists the squads current causes and encourages interested volunteers to sign up. Accepting electronic donations also allows the squad to successfully target their marketing campaigns.
