Functional Bodywork Therapy

Functional Bodywork Therapy is a massage therapy company focused on increasing client mobility and recovery. Before being approached by the owner, FunctionalBT was using a self website builder. The owner was looking for site to integrate appointments and payments directly while growing brand awareness and strengthening overall online presence.Like most of our clients, their previous site had no analytics and relied on forwarding to a third party app for booking appointments. We were able to build a new site from the ground up that used imagery to emotionally connect with customers and convey immediately what FBT is all about. We also integrated a new POS system with their online booking system and provided the ability for customers and staff to reschedule, cancel, purchase gift cards and more, all from their own accounts.
